MANSFIELD, Pa. - The Gannon men's cross country team finished 20th out of 21 teams at the 2009 NCAA Division II Atlantic Regional hosted by Mansfield University Saturday afternoon.
Shippensburg won the team title with 39 points. Edinboro (56), Lock Haven (62), East Stroudsburg (118) and Bloomsburg (185) completed the top five.
Indiana (Pa.) (202), Slippery Rock (233), Kutztown (253), California (Pa.) (255) and Mansfield (273) rounded out the top 10. Gannon placed 20th with 572 points.
#C.J. Kennett# (Fairview, Pa./Fairview) led the Golden Knights with a 79th-place finish, completing the 10K course in 35 minutes and two seconds.

Phil Ruolo (124th, 38:15),
Joey Timon (132nd, 39:37) and
Christopher Cuviello (137th, 41:48) completed Gannon's six-member scoring team.
