2013-14: Named a PSAC Scholar-Athlete … received the NCAA Division II Athletics Directors Association (ADA) Academic Achievement Award … participated in the 50-yard freestyle, 50-yard backstroke, 100-yard backstroke, 200-yard backstroke, 100-yard breaststroke, 200-yard breaststroke, 100-yard butterfly, 200-yard butterfly, 100-yard IM and 200-yard IM as a junior … earned nine PSAC-qualifying times ... registered three NCAA "B" cut times ... recorded top-three finishes nine times and top-five finishes 21 times ... captured first place (1:10.44) in the 100-yard breaststroke at the Crimson Hawk Dual Challenge … secured the top spot (1:04.27) in the 100-yard IM at Penn State-Behrend … registered PSAC-qualifying and NCAA “B” cut times in the 100-yard butterfly with a four-place (57.57) showing at the Wooster Invitational … placed seventh (57.59) in the 100-yard butterfly at the PSAC Championship … earned eighth place (2:07.41) in the 200-yard IM at the PSAC Championship … participated on relay teams in seven different events … was part of the 200-yard medley relay team (fifth place) and 400-yard medley relay team (sixth place) that set program records and secured NCAA “B” cut times in each event at the PSAC Championship … captured four first-place finishes as part of relay teams, including the 200-yard freestyle once, 200-yard medley relay once and 400-yard medley relay once and 3x100-yard butterfly relay once.
2012-13: Selected as a PSAC Scholar-Athlete for the second consecutive season … received the NCAA Division II Athletics Directors Association (ADA) Academic Achievement Award … named to the College Swimming Coaches Association of America (CSCAA) Scholar All-America honorable-mention team … swam the third leg for the 400-yard medley relay team that broke the school record at the Wooster Invitational, finishing second with an NCAA “B” cut time of three minutes and 54.56 seconds … was part of five NCAA “B” cut relay times … helped the 200-yard medley, the 400-yard medley and the 200-yard freestyle relay teams meet NCAA “B” cut standards during the Wooster Invitational … added NCAA “B” cut times in the 200-yard medley and the 400-yard medley relays at the PSAC Championships … was part of eight winning relay teams, including three in both the 200-yard medley and the 400-yard medley … finished among the top two relay teams during seven of nine 200-yard medley relay events and seven of eight 400-yard medley relay races … participated individually in butterfly, backstroke, freestyle and IM events … recorded 17 PSAC-qualifying times in four different events … met conference standards during six of eight 100-yard butterfly races … added five PSAC-qualifying times in the 200-yard IM, four in the 200-yard butterfly and two in the 100-yard breaststroke … captured her lone individual gold medal with a 2:15.30 time in the 200-yard IM against Bloomsburg … recorded NCAA “B” cuts during both the prelims and finals of the 200-yard IM at the PSAC Championships … posted 13 top-three individual finishes.
2011-12: Named a PSAC Scholar-Athlete … participated in backstroke, freestyle, IM, butterfly and breaststroke events … broke the school’s 200-yard IM record at the Mid-Season Invitational, finishing second with a time of two minutes and 9.37 seconds … met NCAA “B” cut standards with the school-record time … would have held a school record in the 200-yard backstroke with a 2:08.25 time at the Mid-Season Invitational, but the record was also broken with a teammate’s quicker time in the same event … captured an individual title in the 50-yard butterfly (27.93) during the Penn State Behrend Dual Meet … qualified for the PSAC Championships in the 100-yard backstroke, the 200-yard backstroke, the 200-yard IM, the 100-yard butterfly and the 200-yard butterfly … met PSAC-qualifying standards in the 100-yard backstroke and the 200-yard backstroke four times each … added three conference-qualifying times in the 200-yard IM … recorded eight top-three finishes and 20 top-five finishes … competed with 200-yard freestyle relay teams that won three titles and 400-yard freestyle relay teams that touched the wall first twice … was also part of victories in the 200-yard and 400-yard medley relays … helped record NCAA “B” cut times twice in the 400-yard freestyle relay and once in the 200-yard freestyle relay … was part of top-three relay finishes during 10 of 16 events in the 400-yard medley, the 200-yard freestyle and the 400-yard freestyle … helped set a Westminster (Pa.) Relay Meet record in the 400-yard IM relay with a winning time of four minutes and 15.70 seconds.
High School: Swam for head coach Janice Clanton at Twinsburg (Ohio) High School … was a two-time NOC River Division Swimmer of Year … earned all-conference accolades every year … was a three-time state qualifier … holds seven team records … served as a team captain during her junior and senior campaigns … broke the conference record in the 100-yard backstroke … was a member of the National Honor Society and the Foreign Language Honors Society … named to the honor roll every year … earned scholastic all-america honors.
Personal: Occupational Therapy major … has one sister … is the daughter of Cindy and Mark.
